In what order do I use the products?
Start with the Melting Cleanser. In the morning, follow with the Brightening Serum, the Eye Cream and the Day & Night Cream, then sunscreen. In the evening, cleanse, apply the Eye Cream and finish with the Renewal Oil. The Smoothing Serum goes on clean skin, before moisturiser.
Do I need all six?
No. Each product is complete on its own. Many people start with one and add another when they’re ready.
Are the products certified?
Yes. The Melting Cleanser and the Renewal Oil are COSMOS Organic certified. The Brightening Serum, the Smoothing Serum, the Eye Cream and the Day & Night Cream are COSMOS Natural certified. All by Ecocert Greenlife.
Do the products contain fragrance?
Yes, each formula is scented. The scent and every fragrance component are listed on the product page.
Are the products vegan?
The Renewal Oil, the Brightening Serum and the Eye Cream are vegan. Check each product page for the claims that apply to it.
Should I patch test?
Yes. Patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. During the day, always finish with sunscreen.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can update orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.95, and free on orders of $90 or more. Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 4–8 business days.
What is your return policy?
Damaged, defective or lost orders are replaced free of charge. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days; for hygiene reasons, opened products can’t be returned.
